On Tuesday 22nd November our A Level class went to see the famous ghost story by Susan Hill called Woman in Black. This play, which has been running for over 30 years now, is staged at The Fortune Theatre just off Covent Garden and is the perfect environment for a ghost story, With spectacular acting and special effects the whole audience experienced the tale of Mrs Drablow’s ghostly sister and the horrors that unfold at Eel Marsh House. The performances from the two actors were superb and using narration as one of the main tools the story flowed along swiftly to an edge of your seat climax. Everyone will have the opportunity to experience this play as it is soon to be released as a major film at the cinema, but only see it if you are of strong mind! Keep watch behind you.
