At Heathcote, there are many opportunities for parents and carers to contact the school and to find out about the progress of their children.
As well as form tutors, we have a team of non-teaching professional learning managers who oversee the edcational and pastoral care of each student and are available to speak with parents/carers whenever necessary.
Throughout the year we have information eveings for parent/carers. These include:
- Parent's evenings for each year group
- Welcome evening for year 7 parents
- GCSE Information evening
- Be Safe Community evening
- Year 11 presentation evening
- Year 12 welcome evening
Students are given their report at the end of each term. These include the students attendance record as well as behaviour, effort, homework and attainment marks for each subject. Detailed descriptions of these are found in the school reports webpage.
The reports can also be viewed using parent portal.
If you want to talk to your son/daughter's teacher or learning manager, parents/carers can contact the school through the the student diary, by phone, fax, or email (either directly or through the Website).
