RAF Roadshow for Tomorrow's Engineers
All year 8 students attended a live, theatre-style roadshow presentation, delivered by the RAF and designed to capture the imagination of young audiences and inspire them to become the nation’s future scientists, technologists, engineers and mathematicians.

Once again, Heathcote students have excelled in 2016's exam results. Our Sixth Form students studying at A2, AS level 2, BTEC and Construction achieved great success, with 100% of our BTEC Level 3 entrants being awarded their desired grade.
Summer Engineering School for Heathcote Girls
Year 9 students Moriah Sanusi and Lydia Sallery have been selected to take part in a non-residential summer school at the Faculty of Engineering (South Kensington) from 18-23 July 2016.
Cliff and Chips
For two days in May, year 10 Geography students visited Walton-on –the-Naze, a seaside town on the Essex coast. They went there to find out about how the coast is managed against erosion and flooding and to find answers to the question “How effective is coastal management at Walton-on- the-Naze?”
Heathcote Rocket roars to success!
Over the month of June, a group of nine students in our school undertook the construction of several model race cars to try to break a speed record.
A Cracking Day Out at Bletchley Park
In April, Heathcote Computer Science students visited Bletchley Park in Milton Keynes, home of British codebreaking and birthplace of modern Computer Science.
